At Ignite18, each garment is thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted to reflect individuality, elegance, and artisanal excellence. To maintain transparency and uphold our couture standards, we kindly request you to review the following policy.
Ready-to-Wear Collection
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for Ready-to-Wear dresses, strictly in the event of a genuine manufacturing or quality-related concern.
- Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The garment must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
- Prior consultation and approval from Ignite18 is mandatory before dispatching the product back.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned piece, we will proceed with an exchange or refund, as applicable.
- To process a return or damage claim, clear photos and/or unboxing video may be required.
- Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier will be considered successfully delivered. Claims of non-delivery must be reported within 24 hours of delivery confirmation
Custom-Made & Bespoke Creations
Exchanges may be considered only in cases of a valid and verifiable concern, subject to review and approval by Ignite18
At Ignite18, client satisfaction remains our highest priority. While certain creations may not be eligible for return or refund, we are always committed to working closely with our clients to reach a fair and thoughtful resolution. Where appropriate, Ignite18 may, at its discretion, offer a goodwill solution—such as a partial refund, store credit, special consideration on future purchases, or an exclusive adjustment—through mutual discussion and agreement.
Refunds are not applicable on Custom-Made or Bespoke creations, as each piece is individually tailored to the client’s measurements, design preferences, and personal specifications.
Any request must be communicated promptly upon receipt of the garment.

Ignite18 reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above conditions.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, or finish are inherent and celebrated as part of the couture process; these shall not be considered defects.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at assist@ignite18.com or ignite18shop@gmail.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at assist@ignite18.com or ignite18shop@gmail.com and send your item to our address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to our address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
